To do list...

With the baby around now, I have less time to mess around with the FJ. My to-do list is growing. Trying to get these done for our summer road trip/expedition...

1. Install CV bands

2. Install Blue Sea Fuse block and re-wire all accessories

3. Install new train horn...got the new hornblaster shocker horns =)

4. Run new air lines

5. ~~Sell the KM2's, get on the 35" and re-gear~~ Gonna hold off till next year...

6. Replace windshield

7. Sand down DO bumper and sliders and rattle-can pink.

8. Install body lift.

9. ~~Swap out the loaner Radflo rear shocks I've got for a new set~~

10. Install sPOD

11. Add license plate light

12. Install Lightforce 170's

What's on everyone elses list?

Who is going to set your gears for you? I'd like to get mine pre-assembled from East Coast Gear Supply, but don't know if I'll have the time to install them, so I may just take them in to be installed.

Inchworm gear has the best price. $400 front and rear if you bring the 3rd members.

re gearing is so you can save your transmission while having your big tires right?

Yes. Remove old gears then reinstall new gears and make sure they fit properly.

2. Sell FJ
3. Buy 93-97 Land Cruiser
4. 6" lift on Land Cruiser
5. 35s on LC

dude up the street from me said he was thinking about selling his 97' 80 w/ 6" Slee lift, 4x4labs rear, 4.88, 35" bfg at's. 80's are dope.

Off topic but check out the SAC'd 100 series from Slee...OMG.

yea... I'm not planning on going crazy and spending a lot. Most of the rigs that have work done to them are asking for a grip. I don't want to spend more than 5k on a rig, considering that I will be adding a 6" lift and 35s I will probably be spending another 2-3k.... that is a lot for me. I hope I can find a LC w/ factory lockers. Now I just want the space and no payments.
