NorCal FJs introduce NorCal FJ NewsShare, a news sharing app that will allow members to post relevant news articles that may be of interest to the community. NorCal FJ NewsShare can be accessed by clicking the link above or under the Forum tab.
Post up relevant articles related to off-roading, land use issues and outdoor recreation in Northern California. This app is not meant for posting articles not related to the sport of off-roading and outdoor recreation. All articles deemed inappropriate for this news sharing app will be subject to review and deletion.
NorCal FJ NewsShare will also allow you to vote Up or Down submitted articles. Articles voted Up the most will remain in popular status long after many other articles are submitted. Members may also comment on the articles much like forum discussions.
Submitted articles will also appear in the Latest Activity feed, so you will always be informed* when a new article is posted.

unfortunately, Slinkset/Posterous has decided to stop supporting the NewsShare service, so we will bid NorCal FJ NewsShare farewell tomorrow.
still, there are many relevant articles posted there, so i suggest skimming through the ones that are of interest to you and bookmarking them. i will look into a possible replacement app that will allow us to post relevant news articles to keep everyone informed of the goings-on in the world of outdoor recreation and off-highway travel.
