Ok, so I'm looking into getting a set of spacers (1.25") from SPIDERTRAX. I have heard some concern in the past from folks claiming rotor issues? Spidertrax are hub-centric, so is this in fact an issue? Does anybody have any negative experience with these spacers, and if so, what would you recomend?

I have them for about 9 months (3000 miles) and I have no issues....except one: my truck gets very dirty everytime your get into mud (there are pieces of mud flying everywhere, including inside of my truck.

I am going to get bushwackers fender flares.

Man o Man do I hate mud.  I spent 2 hours just trying to get it out from between my skid plates and transmission

Give me the dry desert any ole day.  May pepper your paint but it just hoses off :-)

Lol! Is that with 1.25"s?!? Wow, looks like you had fun at least. I'm looking into Bushwackers as well...

Yes, 1.25" plus I have mud terrains 295 wide...they stick out by about 1-1.5 inch..

you will probably need a BMC with spacers. I have BMC and my tires sometims rub.

I have 265/70/17 BFG AT's with a 3" Revetec lift. Think I'll still need to do a BMC?
That's the stock 31", right ? I dont know for sure but you will be probably fine unless you get bigger tires.

You need a torch to do the chop right? I thought about using a large angle grinder...

Lol! Might take a while. Course then I still need to have those plates welded on... I apparently need more tools!

Bz and Bozly did my bmc. Bz grinded body mounts and then Bozly welded them the other way...if you dont have all the required tools...do it at one of our install parties.
probably my best option as I have no torch or welding experience... I'm still not sure I need to do it now with my 31"s... What'd it cost you for the guys to help you out?
If you do bmc on an install party and our fellow NorCalFJers are willing to help, it you cost you few beers...if you request someone do it at time that is convenient for you, then it is about 2-3hrs work (times hourly rate). Talk to Bz, he might be able to help you.

Here, for comparison, a truck without spacers (on 285 ATs) after the same run....(yeah, maybe I am just a dirty driver ?)

LOL  Is that from this past week end?
