Try Yakima to start with. They would probably have something.

I have the same mount as well. Works real well with the stock cross bars

I also have the fat cat...got mine at REI. They have their 20% off one item every so often so it comes out to about 160. Its a bit pricey, but I couldn't be happier with this rack...very functional, lower profile, strong and I like how it looks up on the rack

Check craigslist, I see them in the Sacramento area all the time. You still may need to get a part or two new, but you could get most of the pieces used.
