 Ok, the good news...

My snorkel finaly came!  Probably going to begin the itall this weekend. My question to those that have done the install is, is there anything that i should be prepared for?Any pointers or Anything that i need to keep in mind or maybe even do different than the instructions say? Thanks guys!

Read the instructions several times before you begin.
Buy some fender liner pastic clips ahead of time, in case you break a few like I did.
Use masking tape to cover the fender areas where you have to drill.
Align the fender drilling template properly and view it from a distant to be sure of the alignment.
Use step drill bit for the mounting holes, the size of the drilled holes ( per instructions) are much bigger than the 8mm mounting bolts but it is ok. Apply primer or paint around the drilled holes for rust prevention,
I still have my hole saw if you need one, just let know.
Good luck and have fun drilling the fender.
Thanks Nester! I think i have the proper whole saw at my work, but if not, i might be giving you a buzz this weekend!
Its really  breeze , the most trouble I had was getting the inner fender loose

 Thanks for the response guys.

Nester, how did you attach the snorkel to your cold air intake? You have the TRD right?

Yes, I have the TRD CAI and I used the Fernco 1056-43 rubber adapter/coupler. I think I got it from Home Depot or Lowe's

I have a hole saw for the fender and a step drill bit for the holes if you need it.. you pay the postage. Ray
 All done!
pics or it never happened! Congrats snorkel owner!
Hopefully that works!
Sweet, Looks great!

Nicely done Brandon, it's a hard leap of faith to cut that big ass hole in the fender hoping everything is going to line up just right. See you in Tracy if not before, Gotta love the snorkel Mod !
