After this weekends hollister fun I have decided I would like some better sliders then the OEM ones.  Anyone have a set laying around they want to sell?  Trail Gear, Demello, All pro, white knuckle, bud...just want something that isn't trashed and that sticks out a bit further than the OEM ones do.

thanks for reading.

I've never had a problem with the stock sliders but I do like the Demello Hybrid Sliders
I have a set but they don't stick out very far. You wont bend them and I never had a problem with them. One could weld a hoop on the outside for more protection pretty easy too.
I ran my stocks until a month ago, I got the All-pro's. But to be honest the stocks ones are VERY well built and damn strong. In fact the Stock ones have a larger tube outside Dia, than the all pros. Now of course the AP's stick out further then stock but the tubes are smaller than stock.

I guess what I am saying is don't be so quick to change them out. Of course it does depend on how you wheel your truck..
Thanks for the comments guys...I guess with more experience I would be able to make a better decision (and probably avoid damage to begin with). I just felt pretty naked as I slid sideways toward some of the obstacles.
I have the stock sliders. They did well holding me on a teeter-totter for several minutes, just rockin' back and forth like a baby :)
That was not your slider, that was an acorn :-)
