Hey everyone,

Looking to get a Total Chaos long travel kit with Fox Shocks suspension system, i was wondering who out there has one and how is it doing for you? yay? or nay?

I am also looking to start racing the beast (my FJ) in either SNORE, SCORE, or BITD within the next 3 years, i was wondering if anyone has or does race in these leagues. Any information is greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks alot guys!

Hey Boss, whats up!!  If you head to one of our VORRA races, we can most likely send you out with one of the crews to a remote pit.  Get some off-roading in and watch the race go by.

Mikerd400,

thanks alot for everything, and i will definately look for your rig at the VORRA races. However expanding on the pre running question, how would i achieve that? Clearly i will need to talk and meet teams at these races. However, is it necessary to prerun for a team or is it possible to pre run without one? I apoligize for all of these questions, but i am digging deep to learn the ins and outs of the racing community.

It's best to prerun with somebody.  team or not.  Just in case you break down.  Best way is to go to the races and starting meeting people.  Anyone can prerun.  You just need to the know the course.  Also, when prerunning, pay attention to your rear.  Alot of teams prerun with faster rigs and you need to see them coming and get out of the way.  We were prerunning the first part of the Baja 1000 last year.  Saw a fast vehicle coming up behind me. It was Jesse James in his trophy truck.  Start heading to the races and learning.

Last year, the TC team was talking about doing a camping weekend in Northern Nevada (Weeks area) and having anyone come who wants to learn about TC suspension and see it on various vehicles.  Our team would most likely have the race truck there as well.  It wouldn't just be for racing, but anyone that wants to upgrade their suspension.  That would be a perfect venue to start learning about high speed desert driving.

That sounds like a great thing! I would love to attend that TC camping weekend. Do you possibly know when that would occur? I also appreciate everything very much.

When we finish rebuilding the cage in the race truck, we'll schedule a weekend in the Nevada desert.  Most likley around late March or early April.

Any one is welcome to attend.  When we have a weekend picked, I'll post the date.
