Oregon?!?!?!?!?!?

So got so great news today as I was installing my winch on my day off. I am moving to McMinnville Oregon for my promotion!!!! Any body know any one out that way?

There has to be FJ groupers up there, if not, you start a group!!!!

Interesting place, I googled it, 50 miles from the coast! thats nice, in the middle of wine country in Oregon! thats nice, Close to both Portland and the State cap, Salem,! that sounds like work should be busy and play comes from a lot of directions.

Oregonians hate Californians though, especially the ones that go up there to retire.

Congratulations on your promotion...obviously your interview went well. We will miss your enthusiasm here in Norcal.

I only know southern and coastal Oregon, but not much about that area. As someone else mentioned, MetalTech is up there (Newberg, OR about 20mi away). You should be able to hook up with the locals pretty easy.

I grew up just outside of Portland, I don't know any of the FJ'rs up there, but there are a few. I think one of the Socal peeps moved to Bend.

I love the Pacific Northwest, fishing, hunting or just camping is just about 2hrs or less away. I go up there at least twice a year to see Mom, so keep in touch and I'll look you up on my next trip up there.
