Opinions on DROP IN Baskets?

Howdy Y'all,
So I have a OEM roof rack.While the idea of getting a brand new roof rack is cool, I bought with a FJ without one and had it installed. I was considering getting a drop in basket (Gobi Wilderness). Does anyone have any experience with these? I would like to get as much info as I possible could before making the leap? Thanks!

No experience with Gobi drop in basket. I helped install a Gobi stealth and they are very well built racks.

Baja Racks also has a drop in basket, very reasonable price. http://www.bajarack.com/toyota-fj-tyfjoemrck-rack

I have the drop in baja rack and love it! It makes the whole rack usable, not just the rear and looks really nice.

Anyone know if the drop-in will fit on a stock rack that has the "stock" air dam and lights? I've been watching for one on the road and the forums, and haven't seen any with that setup.

I have a Waag insert basket that was custom made by the owner of WAAG. He welded a mesh bottom and cut the basket down to fit inside my ALL-Pro Air damn, It's sturdy, looks great, has 6 light mounts (4 in front,2 in back). Here's the link: http://www.waag.com/xsrack/insert_basket/

DUDE!!! THAT LOOKS TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's what I have in my mind as far as baskets are concerned. It fits in perfectly and has utility while stylish too!! Bad ass!
