Hmmm, maybe another "new" local. Are you on here? Yosemite license plate and license plate frame, along with the plate TM BUM, so I'm guessing Tuolumne Meadows Bum.

Two NorCalFJs moving slow by the Bell Tower in Placerville on Sat the 29th at about 2:30. White with a black pod on top and a silver with an antenna in top cruzin together. Sporting the decals.
