One group will be departing Thurs to get to Hungry Valley early to save some camp spots. The other will be leaving Friday.

EARLY GROUP:
When: Thursday, May 21. Time TBD...

When: Friday, May 22. Meeting at 7:30am and departing at 8:00am

i will most likely join you depending on the weekend. as for future All-Cal M&Gs or Summit-like events, I floated the idea with Fjamming prior to SnT and he was interested in coordinating something. we also discussed this with the SoCal folks over some good spirits at SnT and they were game. we'll see how this plays out.

daPitbull, thanks for the link.

We're still in the planning stages for this and have yet to figure out whether to have one big meet or keeping it local. One of the things we are taking into consideration is the interested level of having norcal or even NM folks join us. If there is enough interest, we may move the location to one that's more central for all. Currently the most possible location seem to be Hungry Valley. It's North of L.A., but still not too far from SD (~2.5 hours). Pleaes feel free to discuss this on that thread. The more opinions and suggestions the better. If you would rather stay close and have alternating meets that's cool too. I just don't want to be making up minds for other people. :)
