New Optima Red Top

My previous Optima red top lasted 5 years and 40k miles. Cost $260 in 2017. Bought a new one from Amazon for $285 last week. I know lead acid batteries rarely give notice of failure, and maybe because this is glass mat but this battery gave me a good weeks notice of its demise. Started the car slower each day for a week so that was good to know. I now have a dead Optima that I am trying to off load at a auto parts shop for a core refund :)
