New FJ in San Jose

I just got a 2007 titanium metallic manual trans FJ Cruiser. Bought it with 33K on the clock and it came equipped with a K&N CAI and adjustable coilover ProComp lift with 35" Dick Ceepeks. This thing rocks and I love it already! Just got back from a road trip to Socal for the New Year and it was solid, only thing that sucked was only getting 16 MPGS. I'm looking forward to attending any local meets and hitting trail runs. My wife and I love the outdoors and campin and are stoked about having a capable vehicle such as the FJ.

Welcome! Great truck.
Your gas mileage is still reasonable.
Today, after I have driven a rental nissan altima for 2 days I realized there still exist cars that can drive more than 200miles without refueling...:))..I miss my FJ though..

Just pulled the K&N intake and installed a Volant. Sounds quieter but I hope it increases MPGs a bit. 16 mpg does seem to be reasonable with the 35's and lift but it's still gonna hurt the wallet.
