Need help

This sucks tell me why I got rear ended two days ago and now im trying to use my insurance because it wasn't my fault hoping and was for sure I wasn't going to pay for anything. So I got a call from my AAA agent and she said my deductible was waived thinking kool I'm all good. I took it in for an estimate today and they said It'll only cost $200 for the damage. $500 deductible on insurance meaning I still have to pay $200 out of my pocket for something I didn't do. WHa t I'm asking is does anyone have a passenger rear bumper side laying around anywhere or know where to buy one for cheap. Thanks

Yeah, you have to sue the other driver in Small Claims court for the $200. Most people dont. You'd probably win if you wanted to take the time... Sorry, and good luck!
