FJ Cruisers of Northern California
Any of you fabricator folk have the means to produce this light bar?
It requires some tube-bending and I've notice those tools are hard to come by, or at least a lot of fabricators don't have one.
And if you are able to, maybe an idea of how much it would cost? Would love to have it powder coated as well.
Thanks!

Try V-Mar Racing in Richmond or Mudrak in Sonoma.
For powdercoating, nobody does a better job than M's Refinishing in Santa Clara.
Warning: one-offs are WAY more expensive than regular production items.
I have a guy in Sacramento. He did a darn good job on my front bumper. Let me know if you want his contact information!
Is it Trailworx or whatever it's called?
No, I wasn't able to get their bumper without paying hundreds of dollars more and waiting over a month. I found this guy in Sacramento. He works out of a buddy's Subaru Shop. He was pretty good. He has an ad on craigslist and I'll tag you on his Instagram page.
Ok cool. Yeah I talked to him on Instagram. He said he should be able to do it and only for about $250. He's also going to reinforce my front bumper so it has a cross-member.
Oh sweet! I was really happy with the job he did on my bumper. He works quick!
Yeah the bumper seems pretty nice. I am trying to get measurements and more info to him to help out. I also need to look into what lights I'm getting or if I'm just going to get more of what I already have.
I do like the look of your KC's! but I prefer HID's, mostly becuase I wasn't able to stomach the price of LED's and I liked how the shape went with my headlights. I love my retrofitted Hella HID's. He may ask to keep your rig for a day or two, and I sent him a link to the company that makes the item and he was pretty confident with that.
Yeah I don't use them enough to merit spending that kind of money. Not having HID's isn't a big deal for me either though since, again, I don't use them all that much (the light bar is more of a guilty pleasure mod than a functional mod).
I imagined he would need my FJ for measurements. I also asked him to reinforce my bumper so he'll definitely need it. I'll have to plan a trip to Sac sometime soon.
Hahaha I know what you mean. I really was in the same position. I don't use them often, but they look so cool... and oh ya, he is a big fan of reinforcing bumpers! He made it a point to add more reinforcement to mine. Be sure to post some pics when it's done!
I second what RJ said. Chance is a member here doing his own SAS and he has some mad skills. Plus it's always nice to support a forum member.
