I wonder if Metal-Tech has thought of trademarking toilet paper as their "original" idea, and then suing anyone else who makes it.

There not sueing over the slider itself. Its the way the slider is built, as well as the way the kickout is designed and attached. Thats what's in question.

Well let's hope NorCal remains civil and not too petty about the situation...opinions are opinions but there is no need to crap talk. It's just immature. I already did see a bit of it on this thread. Thank gawd it's at least toned down.

Catching up yesterday on the blue room before it was removed was like the crap I deal with at work every day. (I work as a middle school school administrator) Bunch of immature teenaged girls crap talking about another group of girls and vice versa. Really people...grow up!

And that’s why I don’t go to the BR as often as I did in the past. You look up a “how to” or “best (insert part here)” and at times you have to shift through pages of posts with a handful of people flaming each other over the subject, and many times getting off subject just to flame one another. Thankfully, it doesn’t happen too often here. Hope it stays that way.

DivinGirl, “immature teenage girls”! How sexist :-). Should be “immature teenage jackwagon’s”. Sad for my gender, but I’m sure it was mostly those of the male persuasion.

Me? Sexist? Haha. In all honesty, on the job, I have found there to be two primary types of drama in middle schools. The 'fight and get over it' type, which pretty much is dominated by the boys and the 'caddy, name calling, petty, let's retaliate' type that pretty much is dominated by the girls. What's going on in the BR and SoCal pretty much parallels the latter.

Perhaps, I would have deleted it to prevent it from being used in a lawsuit. It would suck to have to testify just because you happened to administer a forum.

Ok if MT is sueing DO for the Kick out rail...how come AP is not apart of this??? They also have a kick out slider. This is just my opinion. Off the record I think MT is just trying to get over DO because DO's sliders made more profit than theirs. Just my opinion
