MONDAY, Feb 16th is the date! BARLEY WINE FESTIVAL, Toronado
Just wanted to throw this out...
Normally the festival is just Sat & Sun, this year they are extending it all the way to the following Friday.
Sat & Sun are INSANE, and we get no where near the place, but I'm thinking that MONDAY we might make a run at it. We're trying to get there about 4pm.
If anyone is interested, post up... Maybe we can get a group together for an informal 'meet'.
FYI: Barley Wine is beer that is too strong to be called 'Beer', anymore. :) If you go, bring water, eat first, and pace yourself. It's REALLY strong stuff!

That was 50, 4-ounce pours, split between 4 people. We were trashed by noon. We crashed at their place till about 6pm, then got up and drove home. That was a Saturday, we'll never do a Saturday Barley Wine Fest again. WAY too many people!
