Treadwright! they are a retread company that makes a perfect clone of the bfg at. i use their mud tires, the guard dogs, and LOVE them have 30k miles on them and over half tread left lol. Only con is that they are a tad bit heavy. Here is the link to the 265/70/17 ones. i highly recommend looking around the site and seeing what else they offer. Sorry for trying to sell you but i love the product and will get more once these run down.

no issues with the fact they are retreads?

None! I've wheeled them in a ton of different places over rough terrain aired up and down a whole hell of a lot of times. Been 95ish mph on them w no issues. They are a little loud but my guard dogs have definitely toned down after a while. I don't see any issues with mine, some chunking but I was going too fast down a road w some sharp rocks that I shouldn't have been driving fast down so that's my fault not the tires lol I really like them and I wanna get another set not just for the price but they straight up do work and don't complain aboutit

Fortuitous timing! I also am in need of a new set of tires. Read a lot of the reviews on fjc.. seems pretty awesome. Thanks for the heads up!

they are pretty awesome! Don't turn the other way just because of retreads, i had my doubts but the guard dogs i run now just continue to amaze me. Plus you cant be the price. and they use a truck rubber that lasts longer than what bfg actually uses. If you are in the SF area i could meet up with you if you want to check them out anytime
