If i'm reading it correctly its just a matter of grounding that white wire with the blue line.

Just need a couple of switches to trick the computer but beware of the check engine light coming on. If you put the locker on in 2 hi for instance, the computer will think you're in 4 lo and the wheel speed wont be right to the computer. The check engine light will be thrown hence disabling VSC, ABS, Atrac and any of the other systems associated with wheel speed. 

 

The fix is get a scan gauge to clear the codes and you're good to go.

One of my big complaints about the FJ is that the smallest thing makes those 4 lights go on (VSC, ABS, Atrac, and check engine).
