i remember seeing a thread in the blue room somewhere where someone just swapped out the FJ seats with a 4runner or taco powered seats and they just bolted in and plugged in and worked perfect.

Mine came with a custom

Black leather interior with Yellow embroidered "FJ" logos on the front seats.  It is choice!  Do it!

I know that you can get a heating element to install in your stock seats. Many people have done this in their 80's.. I believe ths kits around $150 if my memory is correct.    Of course this does not address the leather seat part...

How about the Clazzio seat covers all in leather with your choice of colors? Then add the heated seat pads (although I hear they may get a bit too warm for some folks...) Look up Clazzio seat covers thread on the blue room. Sale prices given. They don't look like covers, they look REALLY nice! I'm getting all leather next month with black and a sandstorm matching insert on each seat. $280 for the front two seats...
