Hey All, has anyone else had an issue with a leaking roof? In the recent storm my daughter caught my attention and said, "Hey dad, look your car is all wet" OMG wet headliner from the A pillar to the back of the rear door. Needless to say I was pissed. I went online and have read every thread I could find on the blue room. Seems that people have that problem with stock FJ's, aftermarket racks, rack deletes, etc. I've had my Gobi on for years with no issue and now it's leaking out of the blue. The best info I can find is that perhaps I should replace all of the bushings, etc with new as they degrade over time. I can't for the life of me, however, find the parts kit or list on any of the threads. Does anyone know which factory parts I should order? I'd like to take care of it ASAP as the rain isn't letting up and my interior is soaked!

That would be awesome if you could spare some gaskets! It seems like that would be pretty ideal. Did you just put them flush against the roof under the mounts? I'm assuming you didn't take pictures.

That looks like a perfect fit. Do you have any of those left, or know where I could acquire the material quick? That, LockTite, and some silicone should do the trick. Now my only worry is that I have thosenwhite plastic guides & that they're not cracked. Hoping I can get in there and take the whole thing off this weekend.

Hopefully it's not raining this weekend. I'm going to make some butyl gaskets & get some marine grade sealant. With the weekend leak, the inside of my windshield had a ton of condensation this morning. What a pain.

Yeah you're telling me! The rainstorm was crazy! I have a feeling it's gonna be a while before my windows stop fogging up. I've been running the heater full blast with the windows cracked trying to dry it out. Saved money on a sauna though...

Too funny. I did the same thing yesterday. I was freezing & sweating at the same time. It worked. No internal rain this morning.
