Where on the central coast or nor cal can I get a hood decal put on?

I tried this with plasti-dip instead. It turned out pretty good, although, at first I wasn't familiar with plasti-dip and let it dry too long with the tape on. When I pulled the tape off, some of the edging came with it. So I had to reapply tape and paint the edging again.

Overall, it looks good, but it has some flaws that are only noticable up close. I might do it over again, or I might go with a decal instead.
