FJ Cruisers of Northern California

Hollister Hills: Saturday, June 18th.

So I haven't been anywhere near off road since last years Pismo. Now with the waiting of the melting snow I HAVE to scratch my itch to test out the new suspension upgrade.

For those coming from the East Bay, let's meet in Pleasanton at 7:45AM, right off of HWY 680 & 580.

Gas up and roll out by 8:30AM

From there we can convoy to Morgan Hill and stop off E. Dunne Ave for gas and food.

6050 Johnson Dr, Pleasanton, CA to HHSRVA

Then we'll head out and be at HHSVRA by 10AM for some fun!

I'd love to make it as i've never been to Hollister, but the 11th wont work for me. Here's hoping plans change!

Anyways, I'll be down for the next meet. Gotta try out my rig eventually and meet all the norcal folk.

Although there are places on the way to buy food, there's nowhere to buy food once you're in the park. Most folks bring their own food and drinks in a cooler.

Looks like a few of us will make it out there this weekend. For those that are "newer" or stock like me, don't worry bout it. Our trucks are capable of most trails in Hollister. Check out the thread from a few years ago:

another Hollister outing to consider if you can't make this one is the Tread Lightly! Awareness Workshop on Saturday, June 25th. the workshop will end around 12:30 PM and we should have some free passes to use at the park the rest of the afternoon. we can conduct a proper newbie run as well.
