FJ Cruisers of Northern California
I promised my `lil cowgirl niece that I'd take her wheeling for her birthday - rain or shine! She barrel races at rodeos up in La Honda and has been dying to get off road and see what its all about.
I thought I'd post up the date here to see if anyone else would like to meet up / tag along - anyone who wants to is welcome!
Monday - February 20 (President's Day Holiday) - Hollister Hills SVRA - 10am a till ??

We'll just have to wait and see...
The weather report I just watched on the news was kinda good - a lil rain tonight, and then nothing for the rest of the week/weekend.
Even if we have to reschedule, it will be cool to have a nice group meet up. She's an awesome person with tons of energy. There's nothing like that "I'm a freshman going on 20" attitude to give you a real run for your money - I'm sure DvnGirl can realate ;-)
Here's a pic of one of here recent rodeos - and yes, she's only about 95lbs, and yes that horse she's riding is about 1000 lbs.
You do the math...
If i don't go boarding, I am down to do some wheeling... ill cross my fingers either way, rain=boarding, and sun=wheeling! =)
If I don't have to head back to school early (and weather permits), I might be down to go.
Weather is looking good. Downey Ball, you still heading out? It looks like Shaman Rawb will be heading out too. I think I might join ya'll. 10 am at the new obstacle course?
I just posted a new one about going too.
I'm in. Where we meeting?
Yes - Still going !!
10am at the new obstacle course is fine DivnGirl and everyone else going !!
Was waiting to catch the weather on the news tonight and everything looks cool. I think I may have a couple of my niece's cowgirl friends along too, so if there's any volunteers to shotgun one or two of them, by all means step on up ;-)
It won't be easy for me to caravan - they live in SF and with the upper deck of the Bay Bridge closed it looks like they'll take BART to somewhere in the South Bay where I can stop and pick them up.
See y'all up there !!
