Hi-Lift rack mounts?

Hey guys, thanks to Mark I now have a Hi-lift Jack and am in need of some mounts to put it up on the stock rack. Was wondering what you all recommend? The only ones I have heard of are Demello, FourTreks, and maybe Bozly????

I used the frame rail mounts found on ebay for $12. I also made a lock for mine using 3rd clamp and a 1/2" hitch lock.

How does your lock mount in the rear? Im looking to mount mine in the rear also and might go this rout for safty.

I have the FourTreks. They are beautifully made, but not cheap. If you get them, spring the extra for the CNC'd nuts.

I have the Demellos. They work, but there is nothing special about them. They are a simple pipeclamp. In retrospect and idealy, I would like a mount that grips both the upper and lower bars of the rack rather than just one bar like the Demello's do. But, they do the trick. I have had no problems with them slipping, even with the hi-lift up there for weeks at a time.

speaking of Hi-lift...What is a good size of Hi-lift should I get??? Been wanting to get one just incase.

48" will do just fine in most situations..

There was a thread on the blue room with the Cheap mounts for the stock Rack. The whole set up was less than $30.00. The mopunts are used to add weight to frams of race cars in certin series of racing. They are alluminim and strong.. I was very happy with it.. But unfortunetly I could nto find the thread.. Search the blue rtoom there are several "cheaper" solutions..

Thats what im using... works great.

heres a link to the ebay auction for the company i ordered from. I replaced the bolts that hold them together with stainless steel and used a stainless steel 1/2" stud and hardware.
