Hi-Lift Jack mounts to OEM roof rack

I'm looking to buy a Hi-Lift jack and attach it to my OEM roof rack. I've noticed a bunch of people having this configuration, but I can't seem to find the right attachments. Any advice on getting the right parts would be kindly appreciated!

I really like my Fourtreks mount. So much that I will be ordering their dual tool mount eventually.

The stock tubing on the OEM rack is 1.75 (1 3/4").

Is there a way to keep the jack from getting 'jacked' with this mount?

A cable lock is one way... though I think someone posted a topic on the blue room on Ellis Precision releasing mounts that are compatible with wheel lock lugs. I'll see if I can find it.

Hi lift makes a mount as well... thats what I use, and it's a whole lot cheaper too. The Fourtreks mount costs more than a hi-lift plus the hi-lift mounts. It's nice though.

Tip: buy a foot of fuel hose from auto zone or wherever, and slide it over the U-bolts. Keeps the mounts from possibly slipping and cushions the mount against the roof rack.

I made my own using aluminum ballast brackets with carriage bolts, full thread rod, assorted nuts, washers and wing nuts to secure them. I locked mine with a cable lock. Cost about $35, but could have used just 2 brackets instead of 3. Stayed secure during our Hollister event last Saturday. I looked at various options out there, price range varies, but I got satisfaction from making my own. I copied the ideas from others.
