I have a 2.5 rear spacers for sale on CL for $40.
Hey Mark, welcome to the Norcal site.
Good luck on your suspension search, used OME springs come up for sale pretty often between here and the blue room.
check out Metal Tech they carry all kinds of suspension systems
Welcome, good luck with your suspension search.
If you are going to go the OME route (which I have) Do not go heavy in the rear, it will beat the hell out of you. I originally had heavy front and rear and swapped my rear springs for medium.
Unless you plan on loading the back with lots of permeant storage. I'm running Heavy front due to my bumper/winch(arb/warn xd9000) and medium rear and it is a great ride.
Does that make you 886 in front and 895 in rear?
That's what I have and I love it. :)
Yup, that is what I'm running. I see lots of folks with really nice $$$ lifts, and I have to say for the price I really like this OME setup and really don't have a desire to upgrade it.
Anyone running 895s all round? I am stock front and back, so just wondering how the ride is with med all round.
Also, saw some Icon rear springs and monotubes for sale used, hows the ride on those? Overkill if I's all stock rear bumper/tire? I do have 50-150 lbs in the cargo bay on any given day though :)
I went with the Heavy in the front for future bumper upgrade. It is not too stiff at the moment either. Just FYI.
:)
Toyota did my alignment. It was very pigeon-toed when I first put them in, now, it looks perfect.
No wandering at all. Perfectly straight on the freeway.
I have Bilstein 5100's all the way around. I did not use the front spacer that came with the OME springs. I love the stance too. Running 285's.
Just got back from over 400 miles in Death Valley on those Heavy fronts. LOVED it.
My $.02 :)
