HELP!

I am so unfamiliar with the layout that I cannot figure out how to change my password. I am unable to log in on my phone because apparently I have the wrong password. I have made several attempts to reset my password but I am not getting a PW reset email, even though it keeps telling me that one has been sent. I can log in on my tablet because the PW must have been saved. I know the email address is correct because I am getting notices. I can't figure out how to reset my password when I go to settings from my tablet and I am not getting a PW reset email.

Okay so I see how to reset my PW but it requires me to enter in my current PW, which I don't know. And since I can't get a reset email I am really unsure of what to do
