FJ attached tent

I'm looking at possibly getting an attachable tent for my truck...anyone out there have any luck, opinions, feedback, personal testimonials? I like the look and features of the large SUV tent but supposedly it does not fit the FJ. Here's a link to the mid-sized SUV tent.

It says it works with FJ Cruisers yet there is a statement that it won't work with side-opening rear doors and/or trucks with a spare tire mounted on the back end. Hmm....sounds contradictory to me.
