Cow Mountain this weekend

We're going to be in Little River just below Mendocino at a wine event this weekend and have all day Saturday free. Anybody gonna be up that way for a little trail run? Not all day but half the day would be cool.

If your gonna be up that way, let's run.

I'll see if I can edit it but it was on a GoGpro camera and it was pretty far away and I don't know much about video but I'll give it a go.
