FJ Cruisers of Northern California

Okay so you guys have any ideas of how to clean the Radiator and the condenser??? Just spend a grip on getting my water pump, t-stat, pulleys, and belt replace...of course some were covered by warranty.  So now I'm trying to DIY the cleaning because my FJ seems to over heat once in a blue moon.  Any ideas???

Thanks

there's a piece of plastic along the top of the condenser and radiator take that off and spray away till the water runs clear then spray through the grill till it runs clear.... make sure you look under the hood, inside the fan shroud too! there is a reason why WE HATE MUD!

:) that was fun...still found at least a pound of gunk...good thing I have a flood light laying around to do the job at night. Now the drying part
