I finally got my Total Chaos long travel kit installed.  Sweet ride.  It soaks up the bumps with ease.  Now, I just have to make the rear better.

Right on! Looks great! Now get out there and beat it up!
Going prerunning at the end of the month.  My buddy will be testing his race truck then, so I'll play in the FJC.

Looks good Mike !!!!

Now you can jump in the FJC to catch the bad guys who went off road !! hehehehe

Are those the 2" extended lower A-arms? What tires do you use?
Yes, it is the 2" kit.  I'm running 33" ProComp mud terrain tires.

Congrats, please keep us posted on performance and any issues. This kit is on my to do list.

Any plans for limit straps? Looks like your upper uni-ball is maxed out. With out the straps you will bind and bang the crap out of the mounting area on UCA. It will also reduce the CV angle to help them last longer.

The limit straps are on there.  I didn't have them adjusted yet when I took the photo.
Looks great!!

That will be my next big project (after I pay for this upcoming wedding haha)
3 Link long travel in the rear!!!! You can do it with the stock axle.  I got all the link measurements from when I was running the stock rear axle. Flexed like crazy with 12" shocks!!!
LT up at Metal Tech is making a 3 link system.  Do you have any photos for your rear set up on the stock axle.
Oh man that looks soo damn nice Mike.
