Truckhaven hills Anza borrego.
We havent done this event for some time and it's about time to revive it. the last two were awesome and I think this one will be great too. I've been wanting to do a run here since the last time I went because it is truly an offroad playground with plenty of FREE camping. Plus since I'm heading off to Iraq it would be fitting to do it on Sept 11th weekend. One of the things we were kicking around was a Geocash poker run. Basically a couple of us will pre run the course on friday and place cards at specific GPS locations and everyone will need to get to these places and pick up a card. the cards at the locations will be marked to make sure you actually got to each spot, then at camp that night we will do a random lottery draw off the deck and whoever has all the cards AND the closest to the specific card draw will win, Kinda thinking everyone puts in 5 or ten bucks and wins the pot, OR everyone bring some FJ or camping related item to throw in. Whadda ya think??
