True except that Boztec is one of Norcals founding fathers, is local, has donated much time money and effort to our cause. I would recommend dealing with John. He also helps with installation and remedying any problems.

I have to agree with Sonof40, John and the Boztec team have been very helpful to many of the Norcal people. John @ Boztec has personally helped me install 3 different front bumpers and 2 rear bumpers. Moreover, why go to a third party to buy something the manufacturer is offering at the same price...I would suggest calling Boztec. If
I have a Boztec CB mount and the Dif-Skid...both are solid products. Both experiences I've had with Boztec were positive. I wish I could say the same about TRDparts.. had a not so good experience with my dual battery kit (but that's a different story).

Its not always a tiny amount. And guess what? When I bought my Boz diff skid a year and a half ago thru trd in Dallas, it shipped from Alameda so I am promoting local people too, but I bought through the lowest priced dealer AT THE TIME.
That is what this is all about, the forum promotes advice and info, that is what I am saying. Look for your best deal. Maybe today Boz's is the best deal , but in the future? Look around.

hmm to give a local vendor ALL the money for there product or to find a better deal and they get a marginal %.... I think I would go with the first. who cares about the better deal if this was all pro parts or king shocks then yea i would find the better deal but, this is a local who works hard to deserve every penny. I would sooner go to boz pick it up pay him then pay online and then wait for it to ship. just my 2 cents... screw deals when it comes to local vendors

Boz has sponsored many events her in Nor Cal and beyond. If you went to Surf -n-Turf the last two years BozTec provided the Hog and tri tip, back to back years. They also helped to sponsored the second ALL-Cal Event at Hollister, also helped sponsored events at Rubicon called Cantina for the Con
I find it a little odd and kind of rude to post up in this thread about a better deal somewhere else. This thread was started by Boztec to highlight their deal. If you want to inform others about another place that has a "better" deal then start another thread. IMO
But bottom line there is a good deal on the of the best dif skids out there IMO.

Not rude, just informing. I never intend to be rude. Read the guidelines of the Forum. This is for everyone. as long as we abide by the Forum rules. I am well within the Forum rules to advise of deals elsewhere.
