With all of this rain, ID LOVE TO GET RID OF THE A-TRAC!!! I have been reading up and I guess i have to cut the wire. Is there another way to do this without messing up the wiring harness?

yes there is. I'll post it up in a little bit or look up: the no cut a-trac hack, but you also need to bypass the VSC as well to have fun in the rain
On a manual, isn't it enough to lock the central diff to get rid of VSC and such?
Yes this is true.. This will give you a 50/50 split front to rear instead of the computer searching for the best traction via wheel spin.
I don't think you want to get rid of ATRAC, you want to get rid of the VSC, ie. VSC cancel switch.
ok now i might sound like a tard but whats the VSC? When i go to get on it, and it does nothing, yeah that needs to stop! lol
Vehicle Stability Control. When it senses tire spin, pretty much cuts off power. It's relating tire spin to the driver losing control.
VSC
ok so how do i get rid of this VSC??
I believe there is a hack to install a button or something like that.. I believe there is a write up on the blue room
Humm... ill look more into it now that i know i have to dissconnect the VSC...
I've been thinking a VSC bypass would be a good thing for a little extra fun now and then.

Maybe we could have a VSC hack install day at my place in Alameda in the near future, before SnT would be way cool.
That would be cool !!!

What do you think we would need ??
Me! I've been looking in to it and will try it on my own 1st
