Long story short some of you know IH8MUD now. Ok so I have coolant leakage and for sure we found where its leaking.  From where the water pump and the t-stat meets.  I bought new housing, gasket, o ring, and while I'm at it new t-stat.  With all of that it is still LEAKING.  So frustrating...can't find an answer anywhere.

IS it possible that the water pump has gone bad.  If it's toast,  it will leak fluid.

that was my take on it. I guess I gotta take it back to the dealer.

did that Be

What's up AJ?  I would take it in the dealership...ask for a quote then do the work yourself.

it was done with my warranty.  But the thing is they wont fess up that they EFFFed up.  Took it to Fremont toyota and got horrible service.

Try Stevencreek Toyota i have always been happy with them.i had the fender bulge -tsb brakes and front differential replaced under warranty. Talk to Kenny service manager he has been pretty cool with me.Toyota didn't want to replace the whole front differential. He called be and told me that they were because of the noise. I said there wasn't any noise.he said in a louder tone because of the noise you heard they are replacing it.i said oh yeah that noise:) good luck

if the housings are warped, new gaskets aren't going to fix it

OK one last resort...Does anyone have a radiator pressure test kit or know of a place to rent or that does it for either cheap or free???

thanks

any auto parts store should have them

What Bz said.  They are normally free to borrow.  Just got to leave a deposit.  I used one from Autozone.
