install was easy, removall of stock tailpipe was very difficult, took a long time, due to tight access, stickey bolts(used a propane torch to heat up one bolt)probubly from salt water contact at surf n turf last year.can't tell if sound is different, maybe deeper due to slightly larger diameter pipe?but the clearence improvement is very nice, the end of the pipe is now flush with the bottom of the bumper.almost worth $187.12 (out the door)c

187.12 just seems steep for one piece of exhaust pipe.
I went to a muffler shop and they charged me 50$ including the materials for a pipe that is flush with the rear bumper. Plus they did the install :-D
