Thanks for to all that came out yesterday. 

We had a great class and the discussions were top notch !

sorry to hear the news, Cha. hope you are doing well. we plan to have these workshops at least once a quarter. we are also planning the Tread Trainer course as well.

I wanted to attend this but will be attending a funeral for my aunt in Portland, OR. I will just ask for a crash course from those attending at our next meet or trail run.

hopefully the snow melt will be kind that weekend. we should at least catch up for a beer if you're not working overtime.

If I am not working on flood things (big snow melt) I will be in.
