Okay, so the outlook on my end is pretty good, but here's a serious question...how annoying is it going to be for you guys to babysit me on the trail? I've literally never been offroading and I can already imagine that I'm going to have a lot of questions, which I'll probably repeat a few times...I don't want to be a downer on the whole trip for everyone by asking incessant questions. Also, do you guys plan on using CBs or walkie-talkies?

It would need an engine to have any power!

Hey Bryan, if a Honda Civic can do it then your Firehawk could as well. It should have the power to make it up the hills!

MLM, the trail we are going to i would take a honda civic if it had the ground clearance and power to get up the hills... tell your mom you'll be fine, as far as the kidnapping, all the information is posted on here so it's not like any of us could get away with anything. and if all else fails, tell her come along to see for her self! again, not difficult trails at all

well good luck, we will do it again if you cant talk her into it this time.  Next month, maybe the Pozo area near Santa Margarita, some good trails out that way.  We try to have a trail run every month if we can.

I have some hard negotiations ahead of me tonight. My sis was supposed to ride along with me, but she has to work saturday, so now my mom is freakin out about me driving the 3 and a half hours down there and back on my own...shes pretty sure most of you are going to be crazies who are going to kidnap me lol shes urging me to wait for the next run, so everything depends on how persuasive I can be when I talk to her
