It's 2013 and it's been way to long since We've done anything So HERE WE GO!!!
The Spring Fling will be held at the Jawbone OHV Area where we'll set up camp. Lots to see and do see! Jawbone OHV area, Bananza Gulch/EP15, Opa & Last Chance Canyon!!

Date:April 18th - 21st.
1st Meet Location: 0600, IHOP off 101 In Santa Maria. Exit 171 /Main St.
2nd:Meet Location: 10am'ish,
Star Bucks
2701 N Oswell St
Bakersfield, CA 93306

From there we'll head out to Jawbone!! If you can't make it all 4 days come on out Friday!!!

Comment by JagyPNF on April 16, 2013 at 8:32am: hey guys my dad and i are coming on Thursday, but we are going to be a little late. we have to stop in fresno, so that my dad to pick up something for the trip and the store doesn’t open until 9:30. So there is no way we can make it to star bucks in Bake town at 10. so we are going to be a few hrs late. i got the GPS coordenantes from bryan's post and i put it in my GPS so we can get there. also i dont have a CB i just have small hand helds that go only to chan 22. does anyone have a radio like that? Let me know plese.

If you want to drive down Wednesday, Oh crap that's tomorrow......woohoo!!!!!, you are more than welcome to crash at my pad and head out with me and Bryan thurs morning. Don't worry, I'm not a perv or anything and my daughters will be here. I just wanna throw that out there. And that goes for anyone else driving from way up north....lol. Well, it's way up north to me.

Friday if ya'll can get there early and like fishing won't want to miss the great run from Jawbone to Isabella.

Folks, we have Thurs thru Sunday to have a lot of fun. Bryan and I are able to take full advantage of all the days but I understand ya'll can't get off work. We will all be able to hook up at the camp looks like Friday afternoon/evening. Follow Bryans coordinates and we will make sure you will be able to see what camp is ours......probably in a big way.

Bryan and I will have cell reception when we get to the top of the trail to the Lake and around the lake. So PM oneor both of us your #s and I'll text you back with my #. Most of Friday, Bryan and I should be available on the phone.

@ Betty I'll monitor cb 31 as best as I can since we'll be fishing. Unless you want to drive down Wed. You can always crash in the FJ at a Walmart parking lot.....lol

Comment by NyNomad on April 15, 2013 at 5:59pm: good chance i'll be bringing a small trailer for camping gear and firewood. we can use that for food storage if needed. don't drive tired Betty! not worth getting hurt over. Myself and Kabe will be going out Thursday, I don't know about others but it looks like most will be making the trip friday afternoon. As Kabe said, if it's too windy where we are thursday we'll try to find a place in the area with more of a wind blocker. wood will be needed for sure! I don't know about others but kabe, my brother and i are planning on doing some fishing at Isabella lake and returning friday late afternoon. Keep an eye out for the small trailer and a pirate flag!

Comment by Blowtorch Betty on April 15, 2013 at 1:42pm: So, who all is coming down on Thursday? I have a ton of stuff to do between now and then (last day at current job is tomorrow... woohoo!!!). So, I'm going to be really really tired and might not be up for starting the drive down from Oakland at 6am on Thursday. Not a big fan of driving while I'm really sleep deprived. Driving down Wednesday late afternoon and camping alone is probably not wise. Will I be able to find you guys if I get there in the early afternoon on Thursday?

I should be able to stack my roof rack with firewood. I think I can fit all of my stuff in the cab. We should be able to round up some wood on the Isabella run, too. If we don't have to that would be best, but it's there if we need it.
