5 Matte Black TRD Wheels, KM2 tires, Spidertrax Wheel Spacers & Gorilla Lugs

Hey Everyone,

I just bought my fj some new rubber so I've decided to sell my old rims/wheels/accessories.

What I'm selling:

  • 5 Special edition TRD matte black rims (you cannot buy these anymore) - $750
  • 5 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain TA KM2 - 285/75r16 (spare is brand new) - $250
  • 4 SpiderTrax 1.25" hub centric wheel spacers (needed to mount the rims on an FJ) - $100
  • Full set of Gorilla wheel lock lugs with keys (28 lugs total) - $75
  • Full set of original factory lugs - FREE!

All the rims are in good condition, but one has some minor scuffing after a recent outing at Bald Mountain (visible in the pictures below)

The tires have about 28k on them (average life is 40ish). They have been rotated with each oil change to keep the wear to a minimum.  I would hazard a guess of 20-22% tread left.  I included some pictures of the used tread vs the unused spare, so you can compare for yourself.

The wheel spacers are required to mount these tires on your FJ.  You do not need a body mount chop to install these, but if you are running a stock FJ you will have some rub when backing up at full turn.  If you have an aftermarket suspension, applying positive castor to your wheel alignment will negate any rub.

The Gorilla locks I bought to protect the wheels and get rid of the crappy Toyota locks that strip.  These are brand new from this summer.

Attached are some pictures of the merchandise and what the tires look like mounted.

If your interested or have any questions please reply here or send me a PM

What wheel and tire package you get???

ditto^^^

I picked up some 17" ATX Slab Rims and 35" Toyo Mud Terrain's

Once the weather clears up Ill post some pics.  =D

Great deal Bump!

Nice wat offset?? You went the route I am gonna go!!! You are gonna love the toyo mt get them at a good price???

The offset on the Slabs?  They are -38mm, which is only 2mm off of the TRD rims + spacers.

So far Im loving the Toyos, great suggestion!  ive put about 2500mi on them and quiet as anything.  Im very impressed.  Now I just need to take them crawling!

I got them at a smoking price! $300ea, the rims of got for cost!

Great deal! I'm in the same boat myself. I've got nearly new BFG all terrains on for the winter & my 305 Mickey Thompsons are wearing out. I am thinking of going to 35 (or 315 70 16), but can't decide on combo, regear ratio, etc... Can't wait to see pics of your new setup. Good luck selling the old. I think you're offering the setup at a very fair price. I've seen the TRD wheels go for almost that much alone.

Well so far the 35's are great.  Strangely I haven't really lost a lot of mileage or noticable power from going 33" to 35".  In fact my hwy mileage went up! I averaged just over 17mpg hwy and about 14.5mpg city.

Cruise control is definitely a no no now.  Its fine on flat ground, but any hills it struggles and shifts gears a lot. I saved a lot of mpg by just babying it manually.

Oh about my sale, yea, its a good deal.  I was going to list them more but I figured I would support my fellow NorCal FJ'ers.  If they don't sell here Ill list them on the fjcruiserformums, and probably bump the price a bit.

Would you be willing to sell the wheels separately? I have a friend who might be interested.

Sorry, they come as a package.

if he wants wheels i might be interested in the spacers which only leaves 2 sets of lugs.

Well If I have a guarantee that I can get all this stuff out of my garage I might be willing to part it out separately.  Anyone need a full set of Gorilla Lugs? (the stock lugs I don't really mind, Ill recycle those)
