Whats up guys? So I going to order a lift kit, and this is the one I'm leaning toward.

I have the stock front and rear bumpers so I'm going with the Standard 884 front coils, top plate spacer, and Toytec Superflex rear coils. I dont want to change my shocks yet and from the info on the site, I dont need to unless I'm going with the Medium or Heavy front coils.

Just want to get your opinion on this setup, as I am still new to all this.

Thanks,

Chris

Yeah, I need a hug.

I'd still go with the Bilsteins and OME springs. Can always change out to OME shocks later.

You can't suggest that Resty is normal use case.
I still luv you man !! sniff sniff,, hehehe

But yes Resty is not the normal case when it come to wheeling.. More like R & D on massive fun at the expense of the FJ... hehehehehe
I'm in a similar situation. I purchased OME springs 885 and 895 and was going to install them this saturday at DWH's install day. I have the same shock as you Chris & Heater and would be just reusing them rather than replacing for the time being. I have heard different opinions on this and figured I'll just do it and find out myself. If its too stiff or just doesn't perform well, I will be replacing them. You should come by, after the install we can have a test run up Long Canyon trail =)
Yeah I was really hoping to get my kit before this next install day, but we'll order it tonight and get it installed asap. Yeah, Long Canyon sounds like fun. We'll hit you up after we get our rig lifted.

Later.
Great discussion. I too was thinking of a lift and was leaning towards spacers. I saw this on a rig in town from Revtek http://www.revtek.com/toyotasusp.asp#FJ and thought it looked like a pretty good setup. Any thoughts? I think this package runs about $460.
