Just thought i would post my newest mod.I wanted to install a golight on the roof but diddnt want to drill holes in the roof to mount it.I modified a tuffy lightbar welded a mounting plate on it and some gusets to reinforce the lightbar from flexing.I did have to drill a hole under the roof rack mount to run wires and to leave me room to run more wire for more lights in the future. Will try to post more pics later.Let me know what you guys think

do you have more pics of the hole and how you sealed it?
I don't have any more.the pic of the water proof connector is all I used I didn't even put rtv it has a plastic washer.driving to Tahoe drove thru some of the heavyest rain and no leaks.I used a Nick out cutter to make the hole
WOW Sweet set up dude !!!!
...and nice vice.
Those are great lights. I had one on my previous truck. I need to do something on mine but I was thinking one of the ones that fold flat (don't recal the name offhand) so it can disappear into my rack when its not in use.

That looks great!
Ludcrum on the So Cal forum makes a really cool automated light bar set up
Thanks I made the vise mount for the receiver right before the lightbar seeing I don't have a work bench. It came in handy
nice set-up! i wonder if it is the same one ANGRY BARBER has. the thing is pretty cool!

The plan was to mount two kragen 4" hid lights on each side.but thick I won't now seeing that it will obstruct the searchlight.I think I will just mount led pods on side and rear.will post when I figure out
Looks good man.
