Hello from Sacramento

Hi everyone, I registered on this site a couple of days ago and am glad I did. Found it by chance and linked over from http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/.

Anyway, I have been wheeling in the area for several years now, driving only Toyota trucks set up for mild to wild trails. Think I have been on all the popular trails in the El Dorado, Tahoe, an Plumas areas.

I have participated in organized trail events, Winter Fun Fest out of Grass Valley and Sierra Trek out of Meadow Lake with the California Association of 4WD Clubs.

As of today, my new used rig being a 2007 (VooDoo Blue) is stock and I will be working on it over the months ahead to get it trail ready. I will be looking forward to trail rides and camping trips in the near future with the NorCal FJ's

Hi John, welcome to NCFJs.
Some mods will make your FJ better, but it's ready to go right now bone stock. What plans do you have for it?

Hi 5AND5TORM,

I plan on some simple mods : rock sliders, lift, tires and wheels. I have taken out to the Lake (Folsom) and Prarie City OHV and am very happy with its performace as stock.

welcome to the site John! i saw your posts over in the Blue Room too. your red rock crawler looks great...lookin' forward to seeing and reading about what you do to the FJC. regardless, you ought to bring out your crawler to one of the trail runs just for kicks. looking forward to catching up with you at some point. cheers!
