Hello All,

I've seen this thread on other forums, looks like fun...I'll get it started.

I drove my rig to work (first time I've had it out in a few weeks).  Took it in for a wash..

I installed MetalTech rear lower arms.

Here is how not to gall the threads; use anti-seize compound and torque the bolts.

Man, you did a great job, Steve!

Thx, pan hard bar to come soon. And tranny service. Happy New Year, all.

Today I installed a 2 usb charger socket in the center console switch panel. I popped the blank and a few others to get a fish-tape in there to pull wires to the fuse block on the left of the driver.

In honor of Super Bowl sunday, I added this device to my ARB front bullbar.

Hey guys, I got to give a shout-out here to the Oil Drain Valve guys at oildrainvalve.net  in Washington. I found a link in a forum to their products and ordered what I thought was the one for my 2012 FJ. It was too large, I checked it against my gaskets for the drain plug. After I emailed them back they were nice enough to send me the correct one , EZ-103, and a return postage paid envelope for me to return the wrong one. Nice. This ball valve is really high quality stainless steel and the handle has a detent it sets in so it cannot be inadvertently opened. I also ordered the $4 screw-in hose end piece that hooks up to a short length of clear 3/8 dia. hose. Pics here from todays oil change and valve install. Plenty of room under the sheet metal cover.

Nice. That’s gonna make oil changes a lot less messy

Recently installed camburg’s 3.5” LT with kings on the front end and radflos 2.5 double bypass shocks on the rear. Haven’t installed any limit strap yet so I haven’t wheel it but it does ride on the street really well ha

Looking good. I saw a lot of rear facing snorkels in Japan and Russia last summer, I figured it was because of lots of inclement weather, yours looks cool. Thats an interesting look sans fender flares but looks like a lot of work to keep clean.
