If it were me, I'd go with the vinyl wrap over plasti-dip all around.  I've seen someone on socalfj do a full olive drab green wrap and it looks great.  When mine gets scratched all to hell, I'm gonna look into either line-x or an olive green or sandstormy vinyl wrap.

Or you could just rattle-can it . Touch-ups are easy?  :-)
