So ill ne getting myself a fj soon enough and the first thing I wanna do is lift it with a set of 35sdiamond underneath. What do y'all suggest for a guy the will be driving this thing everywhere? I've read that the lifts with dropped cross members are not so good for offloading.

Rough Country has the best 6" lift out there just make sure you get some up-graded shocks

X2 on what BZ said...if you are going to buy one let me know.  I've got a hook up on thew RC 6" lift kits.

Rough country huh?..... i really like the price

I know a company that will give you 10%-20% off the list price...hit me on PM if truly interested

Agreed, there are acouple things to keep in mind (at least from my experience). While you are putting the lift on, take your drive line in and have it outfiltted with a "double cardon joint" otherwise there is a good chance you will get vibrations at lower rpms. I also recomend radflo or icon rear shocks. Other than that, you are in great shape with RC.

Someone is selling a 6" lift kit in socal for $280.00
