I think I found the Holy Grail!

Replacement windows for the rear doors... these ones flip open or unmount completely!

Going to be launched at SEMA next week. I might spring for these.

mainly air flow for the rear passengers, or you can remove the whole window for dogs

The group buy will bring the price down a bit, depending on volume of course. Worth the $ in my opinion (they are Scout - my dogs- birthday present!)
