After slipping and sliding on every wet rock, we were able to get through with all three FJs and were rewarded with a beautiful drive on open fire roads which crossed the Pacific Crest trail and plunged into one of the most colorful fall landscapes I have seen in a long time. Thanks to everyone who spotted and offered humor and encouragement at the many challenging and wet obstacles. It was a blast to be out with fellow FJ drivers/friends, and my two year old daughter had a blast.
