Really simple, sand your wheels, mask your tire, primer and paint. I used the wheel paint from Kragen. Be patient, Let the paint dry thoroughly in between coats and the temp outside should at least be in the 70s or higher. For more info, check out some wheel painting techniques on YouTube. Have fun!
